Not your everyday “cookie cutter” formula. It’s important that a multi-faceted approach is used in order to not only ensure results but also maintain success. I believe that each client is unique and requires an individualized program centered around three main components:

Fitness Assessment

A fitness assessment is an important part of any responsible training program. It objectively measures your current level of physical fitness so progress can be accurately measured over time. We incorporate many different methods of assessment to achieve precise results:

  • Health History Questionnaire
  • Body Composition
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Flexibility and Movement Assessment
  • Muscular Strength Assessment
  • Cardiovascular Endurance Assessment

Fitness Training

You will be guided through a program that will develop strength, power, and increase endurance by combining resistance training, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility to optimize results and ensure that workouts are always challenging and unique, never repetitive or boring.

Tracking Results

In order to maximize progress, it is important that we continually monitor and adjust your individual program. Proper monitoring and ongoing assessments ensure that your program will help you reach your goals.

Nutritional Assesment

“You cannot out exercise bad nutrition”

No fitness program is complete without good nutrition, so together we will work to develop a plan for healthy eating that works best for you.  You will be provided with general nutritional guidelines required for optimum health, and will be educated on how to develop better eating habits.
